Thank you for reviewing our guidelines and helping us
maintain a safe and efficient experience for all our members!

Late arrival policy

Though we encourage everyone to take the entire class so they can safely warm-up and cool down, we allow people to enter class within the first 5 minutes. If you arrive more than 5 min. after class starts the door will be locked and you will be considered a no-show.

You can feel free to call and give us a heads-up, but we can not guarantee we will answer the phone or have an extra staff member there to wait on you.

Please keep in mind that your body needs time to safely warm-up and stretching is an important part of injury prevention. (While we cannot stop you, please do not leave until the class is finished as it can be disruptive. If you do need to leave early, let the instructor know BEFORE class begins.)

Waitlists

In order to make sure we can keep to our high standards and to ensure we don't overcrowd classes, we cap classes depending on the class.

  • If you're on the waitlist, we assume you're available for class and are prepared to attend if a spot opens up. Treat a waitlist spot just like you're booked for class because you MOST LIKELY will get in.

  • The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel.

  • If you know you won't be able to make it, simply take your name off the waitlist with no penalty.

  • It is the clients’ responsibility to check texts and emails to see if you were moved into the class.

  • Late cancel/no-show fees still apply to clients added off the waitlist and into the class that does not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy.

Cancelation & No-show Policy

We require a 4-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling classes. Cancellations must be made via the Drip Drop Fitness app or website. Failure to manage the booking in time, or not showing up for a class, will result in a penalty:

  • ALL MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS (and $99 specials) will be charged an automatic $8 fee to your credit card on file. However, after the $8 fee is assessed, the pass will be returned to your account for use during your allotted month.

  • New client special, Single-pass, off-peak pass, or 10-class package holders will not incur a fee. Instead, the pass will be forfeited. 1 mo. unlimited pass holders receive access to only 1 class per day and therefore do not incur a fee, but instead forfeit a day.

(*While our cancellation policy is 4 hours, any class with a start time before 9:00 am must be canceled by 10:00 pm the night prior to prevent being charged/loss of pass)
*Penalty/fees subject to change

- To cancel a class, log in to your account and select “My Schedule.” This will allow you to select the class you’d like to cancel. Once your spot is canceled, your class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.

All late cancelations and no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
To avoid a late cancelation or no-show fee charge, you must both sign in and participate in the class.

Memberships

Memberships are monthly and auto-reoccurring and begin on the client's desired start date.

30 days written notice to membership@dripdropfitness.com is required for any membership termination or downgrade, request. We will NOT accept termination requests in any method other than by email.

If you submit a request to terminate less than 30 days before your auto-pay date, account termination will go into effect the following month.

If members need to put their membership on hold due to a medical concern, they may do so for an indefinite period of time. Members must provide a doctor's note and release script.

Membership Freeze Policy

A $10 service fee applies each time you initiate a pause.

If you request to cancel while your membership is paused, the cancelation will go into effect 30 days after your pause ends and you are still liable if you have one final payment during those 30 days.

Class packages or Drop-ins

All purchases are for individual use and cannot be shared between clients. This includes drop-in passes, 10 packs, and memberships. Should the client fail to cancel their reservation within the cancelation window, the class pass will be forfeited.
