If you're tired of driving to the gym just to run on the treadmill alone, taking classes that are honestly boring, or trying to lift weights and make gains that leave you too sore, you are not alone! 

Dance experience is not required! We’re so not serious about technique, form, and “learning” how to dance. Whether you have two left feet or a few years of professional training, we promise you will be hooked in no time and our classes will make you feel on top of the world!

(And, if you don't want to dance just yet, start off simple with our Strength & Toning class, called Boost or Pilates!)

Before every class we encourage our clients to DROP everything at the door. Whether it was a bad day at work, a horrible test grade, or a heartbreak... drop it at the door and come drip on the dance floor.

Each class reserves a portion for sculpting to create a full body toning class. We don’t just turn on a song and do boring aerobics. Our team plans each class to be unique and effective.
