Late arrival policy
Though we encourage everyone to take the entire class so they can safely warm-up and cool down, we allow people to enter class within the first 5 minutes. If you arrive more than 5 min. after class starting the door will be locked and you will be considered a no show.
You can feel free to call and give us a heads up, but we can not guarantee we will answer the phone or have an extra staff member there to wait on you.
Please keep in mind that your body needs time to safely warm-up and stretching is an important part of injury prevention. (While we cannot stop you, please do not leave until the class is finished as it can be disruptive. If you do need to leave early, let the instructor know BEFORE class begins.)
Cancelation & No-show Policy
We require a 3 hour (4-hour beginning 10/1/19) notice for canceling and rescheduling classes. Failure to manage the booking in time, or not showing for a class, will result in a penalty:

4 or 8 pass members will forfeit pass. However, Beginning 10/1/19 you will be charged an auto $8 fee to your credit card on file & your pass will be returned to your account for use during your allotted month.
New client special, Single-pass, off-peak pass, or 10 class package holders will not incur a fee. Instead, the pass will be forfeited. 1 mo. unlimited pass holders receive access to only 1 class per day and therefore do not incur a fee, but instead forfeit a day.

To avoid a late cancelation or no-show fee charge, you must both sign in and participate in the class.
Memberships are monthly and auto-reoccurring and begin on the client's desired start date.
Member has 30 days between the auto-draft dates to use the allotted amount of classes.
30 days written notice to email@example.com is required for any membership termination, or downgrade, request. We will NOT accept termination requests any way other than by email.
If you submit a request to terminate less than 30 days before your auto-pay date, account termination will go into effect the following month.
Moving Policy: Should you permanently relocate outside of a 60-mile radius of DDF, your membership can be terminated with a termination fee of 50% of your remaining balance due at the time of termination. (I.e. : If your membership auto-draft day is on the 15th of the month and you notify us on the 2nd of the month you are moving. On the 2nd, you will be charged 50% of the auto-pay amount that would be due on your next auto draft date.
In order to make sure we can keep to our high standards and to ensure we don't overcrowd classes, we cap classes at 18-20 people depending on the class.
If you're on the waitlist, we assume you're available for class and are prepared to attend if a spot opens up. Treat a waitlist spot just like you're booked for class because you MOST LIKELY will get in.
The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel.
If you know you won't be able to make it, simply take your name off the waitlist with no penalty.
It is the clients’ responsibility to check text and emails to see if you were moved into the class.
Late cancel/no show fees still apply to clients added off the waitlist and into the class that do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy. There may be people on the waitlist behind you that want to get in.
*** You can be added to the class up until TWO hours before class begins! YAY!
For example, if you are moved into a class 3 hours prior to class start time, should you cancel or no show you are still held accountable for any fees.
If you are on the waitlist for a class that begins BEFORE 9:00 am, you will be notified by 10:00 pm the night prior if you have been moved into the class. If you do not hear by 10:00 pm, you will be removed from the waitlist and are not held accountable for fees, however, you can wake up and check online & if there’s room sign-up or show-up.
A member has the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A member can only suspend their account up to 2 x per year. Must submit a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org 15 days before the auto-draft date.
